Backed by prominent investors, including Intel Capital and AXA Ventures Partners, we are on a mission to digitally transform the senior living space.Position Overview: We are seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager with a passion for technology and experience in executing comprehensive marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a "doer," capable of producing engaging materials using tools like Canva Pro and Adobe Suite, while managing multiple aspects of our marketing efforts—from social media to website management to lead generation. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact K4Connect's growth through the development and execution of high-impact marketing material and campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Design:

Produce compelling marketing collateral, including blog posts, social media content, case studies, ROI documents, sales presentations, and how-to videos using Canva Pro and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PremierPro).

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop and manage K4Connect’s social media presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, X) to grow engagement and drive lead generation.

Website & Lead Generation:

Optimize the company’s WordPress website for user experience and lead generation, using tools like HubSpot for marketing automation, lead nurturing, and scoring.

Event Marketing:

Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote K4Connect’s technology solutions and generate leads.

Collaborative Projects:

Work with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, client success) to ensure marketing initiatives align with product launches and overall company goals.

Video Production:

Lead video creation efforts to produce product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional videos that enhance customer engagement and success.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Assist with market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, assess competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, and inform K4Connect’s strategic marketing decisions.

Customer-Facing Selling Support:

Collaborate closely with the sales team, using marketing insights and customer-facing materials to support business development efforts and improve sales enablement.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and report on key marketing metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

CRM / Database Management : Ensure Hubspot accuracy for lead scoring, segmentation and optimize for customizable forms and email marketing automation and analytics tools to track, nurture, and engage leads throughout the sales funnel.

Intern Management:

Help mentor and manage marketing interns, providing guidance on day-to-day tasks, project development, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS, technology or healthcare sectors.

Proficiency in Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and HubSpot for marketing automation and lead management.

Experience with WordPress website management and SEO best practices.

Strong understanding of competitive analysis and market research methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with customer-facing selling and sales support.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for multiple platforms and audiences.

Experience with social media strategy, content creation, and execution.

Familiarity with Hubspot for marketing automation and lead generation, scoring, and nurturing.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics.

Experience in managing interns or junior team members.

Experience in video scripting, production and design using PremierPro is a plus.

Experience working in a startup environment is highly desirable.
