Specialist II, Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

POSITION PROFILE

This position is responsible for supporting the RICOH Graphic Communications marketing team with day-to-day support and project coordination. Working with other team members and internal groups, this person ensures all interlocks around campaigns, briefings and other marketing initiatives are in sync, helps to prepare professional, executive presentations, gathers information from various groups to create a holistic summary for the team, and helps ensure projects are on track within the team. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Lead execution of the approval process, including uploading of all final marketing and creative assets

Seek out collaboration and buy-in from stakeholders to develop the most effective communication assets

Assist in overall reporting and presentation of marketing and campaign initiatives related to the Customer Experience Centers.

Plan, design, and develop effective presentations for internal and external use

Manage organization of strategy documents, creative assets, and meeting materials/agendas

Track all campaigns and major marketing initiatives to ensure project is on track, and that all post campaign reporting is delivered and summarized for director and VP review.

Ensure communication is happening between all applicable teams around marketing strategy and campaigns

Enhances product knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions.

Manages the Boulder Customer Experience Center Lobby

Works with Senior Manager to collect and report monthly data analytics for the Go-to-Market and Customer Experience Center Teams

Supports the Executive Briefing Center team to execute onsite briefings and events

Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Typically Required:

BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience

3-5 years of B2B marketing experience

Proficient in Powerpoint and able to create professional, executive presentations

KNOWLEDGE, Skills And Abilities

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to problem-solve.

Possesses excellent prioritization and organization skills and ability to multitask.

Creative, out-of-the-box thinker

Ability to effectively communicate with both external and internal customers and stakeholders.

Possess knowledge around executive summaries and presentation development/creation

Working Conditions, MENTAL aND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Works in a typical office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.

Communicates daily and weekly with department.

Work assignments are highly diversified. New alternatives are regularly developed. There is often no precedent established for problems encountered.

Work requires constant substantive involvement in stressful situations causing considerable strain on a regular basis.

Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying.

Requires moderate dexterity - regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, telephone, headset, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
