E thics in how you work and how you think.What’s the Role?The Sr. E-commerce Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ChromaDex’s digital/online shopping experience and ensuring seamless integration with the company vision. Your responsibilities will encompass owning the E-commerce experiences of the corporation, including direct-to-consumer, B2B, and content websites. You’ll lead website performance and analytics tracking, user experience and customer journeys, personalization, conversion rate optimization, site merchandising, subscription management, loyalty program management, and support international operations.What you’ll do:Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on key initiatives such as subscription services, referral/loyalty programs, and feature development to achieve KPI targets and creating a seamless shopping experience that aligns with customer needs and drives conversion, brand loyalty, and long-term engagement.Maintain the e-commerce roadmap, including managing the backlog and on-site brand or educational content. As well as, prioritized testing roadmap, manage A/B testing cycles, and implement winning experiments to enhance conversion rates and conduct usability testing, bug tracking, and on-site surveys to ensure an error-free, optimized customer journey.Design an optimized merchandising approach that balances user flow with product revenue goals, continually refining strategies to maximize user value.Track critical performance metrics (e.g., CR%, AOV, site revenue, site speed) and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve initiatives.Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed development briefs, ensuring alignment across creative, marketing, and technical teams.Collaborate with the Business Development team to launch and manage localized Shopify storefronts, ensuring appropriate content, currencies, and payment methods for each region.Partner with analytics teams, utilizing GA4, Full Story, and dashboards to gather insights, track performance, and manage an A/B testing roadmap to refine the user experience and marketing strategies.Oversee product listings, optimize site performance within a headless commerce framework, and coordinate with supply chain teams for inventory management and identify opportunities to introduce new features, payment methods, and integrations across markets to improve user experience and expand capabilities.Implement tailored SEO strategies for each storefront to enhance search engine rankings and drive organic traffic, while managing external SEO agencies.Evaluate and prioritize web projects based on business impact and required effort to ensure efficient execution and stay informed about industry trends and best practices, driving ongoing improvements in processes, tools, and methodologies.What we need from you:Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience within the health & wellness, bioscience or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in website management and change management.Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a cross-functional environment.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.Deep understanding of online distribution channels for consumer brands, market dynamics, and customer needs. Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to navigate and manage cross-functional teams effectively.$110,000 - $140,000 a yearThe compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and relevant experience.
