We serve a diverse portfolio of brands and operate as one of the largest internal creative teams in Denver.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including account and creative teams, to scope, plan, and manage projects from start to finish. You'll be responsible for ensuring high-quality creative output while managing multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Communication:
Facilitate clear and effective conversations, eliminate ambiguity, and ensure alignment across teams. You're proactive in seeking clarity and understanding the rationale behind decisions.Schedules and Timelines:
Build project timelines, keep everything on track, and manage expectations throughout the process.Review and Approval:
Oversee and track the planning, design, approval, and production stages of each project.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including clients and account managers.Logistics:
Ensure smooth operations by setting up project kickoffs, managing tools, and handling legal agreements and contracts.Resources Management:
Identify resource needs and ensure everything is in place for successful project delivery.Asset Management:
Oversee the asset management process for your assigned projects.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant project management experienceProven ability to manage projects from initiation through completionStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience in a creative agency environment is a plusFamiliarity with the telecommunications industry is a plusExperience with Hive project management software is a plus
