You'll transform complex jargon into approachable language, author structured content, and design engaging support experiences. Your role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, contribution to content optimization using AI, and ensuring content aligns with user needs and our brand's voice.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Author customer-facing content, simplifying complex topics for the QuickBooks ecosystem.Design intuitive support experiences on the QuickBooks site, improving resource accessibility.Implement and contribute to content standards, fostering brand consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product and user needs.Utilize AI and data analysis to enhance content relevance and engagement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with content management systems, preferably WordPress.Proficiency in creating and managing modular, structured content (e.g., DITA).Strong understanding of SEO strategies and content system optimizations.
