Print Production Artist

Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Print Production Artist to join our team. The Production Artist will be responsible for executing the final stages of design projects, ensuring that all artwork is production-ready for print or digital use. The role will mainly be working on resizes for in-store displays, marketing signage, OOH and packaging assets with much less focus on things like brand design and creative development.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, edit, and finalize designs for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output across various media.Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other creative team members to ensure design consistency and project objectives are met.Review and adjust layouts, fonts, images, and artwork to meet technical specifications for printing or digital formats.Optimize files for web, email campaigns, and social media use, maintaining brand integrity across platforms.Work with production vendors to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Ensure proper file management, including versioning and archiving of all projects.Preflight, proof, and troubleshoot production files to ensure accuracy and adherence to production specifications.Maintain an understanding of industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design and production.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience as a Production Artist or in a similar role within a creative or marketing environment.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other design software.Strong knowledge of print production, including color correction, typography, file preparation, and packaging.Familiarity with digital production standards, including optimizing designs for web, email, and social media platforms.
