Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Create compelling product messaging and positioning that clearly articulate our unique value proposition and resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with product development teams to align product features with market demands and provide input for product roadmaps. Design and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful rollouts. Support sales teams with the necessary tools and training to effectively communicate product value and benefits to clients and prospects. Analyze marketing performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve product adoption. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the tech or financial sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Excellent writing and communication skills, with a knack for compelling storytelling in marketing. Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies for new products or features. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.
