As an Industry Product Marketing Manager for Financial Services, you will help define and drive messaging and thought leadership content for the capital markets and banking segments. You will deliver customer-centric storytelling and shape customer advocacy at a global level. You will lead the marketing strategy for these segments, drive the industry presence at large-scale events, partner on customer announcements that span internal and external audiences. This is a high visibility opportunity to drive impact for AWS and our customers.
Key job responsibilities
-Own the global marketing segment strategy for banking and capital markets
-Craft & develop compelling messaging, thought leadership, and GTM enablement (e.g., messaging frameworks, message positioning, whitepapers, reports, infographics, blogs, customer success stories)
Lead customer storytelling and drive advocacy for banking and capital markets customers
Own content strategy and execution for key communication channels including website, blog, social, on-network promotion, and emails
Plan and execute marketing initiatives at industry events to showcase financial services and segment messaging, content, keynotes, and speaking sessions
Partner with other marketing teams (e.g., PR, AR, web content, campaigns, demand generation, field teams, and events) to drive and execute on global marketing initiatives
Continuously measure and optimize product marketing initiatives

Basic Qualifications
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically capital markets and banking

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
