\"Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented Sr. Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and layout, with a passion for creating visually stunning and effective designs that resonate with our target audience. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with our brand identity and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, web graphics, and social media content.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business needs.Create and maintain design layouts and templates for a variety of digital and print mediums.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative design approaches.Review and provide constructive feedback on design work from junior designers and interns.QualificationsBachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing layout and design skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign; knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.Experience with real estate-related projects is a plus but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.Benefits\ Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company\'s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
