This role involves managing a wide range of events and marketing campaigns to support LANDI Global's marketing and sales initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our sales, supply chain, and international teams to ensure our events align with business objectives and deliver maximum impact.Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling messaging, identifying target customer segments, and developing marketing plans that drive demand and product adoption. This includes overseeing market research, competitive analysis, product launches, and the creation of marketing and sales collateral. Additionally, you will estimate demand and identify potential markets for our products and services.As a Marketing Manager, you should be equally proficient in day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing. You will need to strive under tight deadlines and adapt to the company's evolving needs.Key Responsibilities:Identifying target markets, Setting clear objectives, building executive relationships, Incorporating global brand and demand programs, and Driving regional expansion.Plan and execute a wide range of events, including trade shows, conferences, product launches, and customer events.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and international teams, to ensure that events are aligned with business objectives and deliver maximum impact.Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site coordination.Develop and execute event marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.Manage event registration and attendee communication, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event follow-up.Track and analyze event performance metrics to measure ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in events management.Attend meetings with clients to support sales effort.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.Experience in product management.Advanced computer skills.Proficiency in English and Spanish.Understanding of international and other cultures and ability to work in a multicultural environment.At least 3 years of experience in events management, preferably in the retail industry.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, and international teams.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in event management software and tools, such as Cvent or Eventbrite.Familiarity with digital marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media, and web analytics.Willingness to travel as needed to support events and other marketing initiatives.Experience working in a global organization with international teams in Europe and China is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Ample opportunities for career advancement and professional development.Collaborate with a passionate and talented team committed to achieving outstanding results.A diversified and inclusive work environment that actively champions equal opportunity.
