Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with achieving annual double-digit sales growth, while simultaneously maintaining profitabilityLead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused sellingEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with key accountsEstablish and manage a robust sales process including pipeline managementDrive organizational accountability through metricsParticipate in board calls and meetings to effectively communicate sales strategies and achievementsWork collaboratively with Operations to ensure proper forecasting for the SIOP processDevelop and execute pricing, including freight policy, in conjunction with Finance departmentDevelop marketing strategies for new and existing productsEffectively negotiate outcomes to achieve increased sales & profitabilityKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; Experience in any Building products or aluminum, selling to distribution & Contractors directly.Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required7+ years of progressive sales experienceExperience in selling directly to contractors and wholesale distributorsBuilding products experience, preferredProduct Management and/or marketing experience, a plusExperience working with private equity partners, a plusAbility to effectively and professionally manage conflicts both internally and externally while maintaining a collaborative work environmentHands-on leader with a strong drive; team player who can work effectively in a fast-pace, high-growth organizationAbility to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignmentsDemonstrated temperament and adaptability at all levels of the organization as well as outside of the companySolid understanding of Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with ERP systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to travel regularly (50-60%)Ability to reach with hands and armsOccasionally exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicalsFrequent exposure to outdoor weather conditionsOur client is a leading
