Fabio Viviani Hospitality is a leading restaurant group known for delivering exceptional dining experiences across multiple brands. With several locations nationally, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Director to help us grow our brands and connect with our audience in meaningful ways.
Duties: •
Lead Strategic Vision : Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across all 20 restaurant locations. •
Brand Alignment : Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels and restaurant venues. •
Campaign Management : Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new restaurant openings, and special events. •
Digital & Social Media : Lead the digital marketing strategy, managing SEO/SEM efforts, social media content, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize online presence and engagement. •
Content Creation : Oversee the development of creative content for marketing materials, including menu promotions, video, photography, and social media assets. •
Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) across different initiatives. •
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with PR, social media, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. •
Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus). 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries. Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies. Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to measure marketing success. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
