The Product Designer will be responsible for creating amazing user experiences across the TicketManager SaaS Platform. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess proven UI skills, and be able to translate high level requirements transforming them into beautiful and functional user interfaces.

*This role is onsite Mon-Fri in our Calabasas, CA location*

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define and implement solutions for product direction, visuals, and experiences across the TicketManager platformExecute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineeringWork with customers, engineering, marketing, sales and operations to understand pain points, and brainstorm ways to improve our productsConceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity to complex design roadblocksCreate wireframes, storyboards, user flows, animations, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideasConduct user research and evaluate user feedbackPresent and defend key design deliverables to peers and executive stakeholdersEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standardsDesired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree Required1-3+ years of work experience in a collaborative, data-driven environmentProficient in design and prototyping in FigmaProficiency in Adobe Suite and other visual design and wireframing tools desired, but not requiredBasic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus but not requiredInsanely curious and data-drivenFamiliarity with responsive design and designing for mobile-first environmentsProven UI design skill with a strong portfolioExperience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site mapsExperience working in an agile/scrum development processExperience in SaaS and Internet based products and services strongly preferredPassion to stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologiesExcellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, takes ownership, and thrives in an entrepreneurial, autonomous environmentTicketManager Highlights:
