Marketing Specialist

will focus on optimizing digital marketing strategies by leveraging data analytics to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, experience with data analysis, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure digital marketing efforts align with broader company goals and brand positioning.Work closely with third-party vendors and partners to optimize performance, including PPC and SEO agencies.Drive targeted traffic to the website through paid and organic strategies while focusing on conversion optimization.Monitor and optimize online campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and maximum ROI.Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing efforts using platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.Leverage data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving digital marketing effectiveness.Develop dashboards and regular performance reports to share insights with the marketing team.Perform A/B testing and conduct experiments to optimize website, landing pages, and campaigns for better performance.Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.Implement strategies for effective lead generation through digital channels, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for the sales team.Work with the marketing team to optimize the customer journey, from awareness to conversion, using data-driven insights.Manage and enhance the lead nurturing process, including lead scoring and automated workflows.Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the content team to ensure website content is optimized for search engines (SEO).Continuously monitor SEO performance and make recommendations for content adjustments to improve search rankings.Collaborate on content creation that is data-driven and aligned with customer interests and behaviors.Write and develop strategic blog content.Manage marketing automation systems such as Hatch, to streamline increased lead generation & lead nurture.Ensure CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date for effective segmentation, targeting, and reporting.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth integration between marketing efforts and CRM to enhance the overall sales process.Ensure all digital marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's messaging, tone, and overall strategy.Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and privacy regulations to maintain compliance with legal requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or Related FieldAt Least 3yrs of Experience in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Related RolePrior Experience Managing Digital Marketing Campaigns & Utilizing Analytics to Drive Business DecisionsProficient in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, & Email MarketingProficiency in Excel, Data Modeling, & ReportingFamiliarity with Website Optimization Tools, Website Analytic Tools, & HTML/CSSExperience with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Power BI)Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Hatch, etc.Strong Understanding of CRM Systems and their Integration with Marketing ActivitiesStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive marketing decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
