Who we are looking for:

Cornerstone Capital Bank is looking for a a skilled Front-End Web Developer to join our team in the marketing division. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating responsive and engaging web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with WordPress and/or Umbraco CMS, as well as proficiency in PHP or C# for customizing these platforms, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive, user-friendly websites.

Collaborate with marketing and design teams to implement and improve web content and user experiences.

Customize and extend WordPress (PHP) or Umbraco (C#) CMS for various projects, ensuring compatibility and performance.

Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.

Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across multiple browsers and devices.

Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to enhance web development practices.

What you'll need to be successful:

Bachelor Degree in relatable field preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 2+ years of relevant front-end web development experience

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, jQuery)

Familiarity with WordPress and/or Umbraco CMS

Knowledge of PHP (for WordPress) or C# (for Umbraco) is a plus

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) required

Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards required

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON preferred

Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
