The Channel Engagement Manager is responsible for activating Relias’ partner network and growing revenue through collaborative and comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker, with a strong background in B2B marketing, partner management, and collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:• Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that are tailored to Relias’ partner network, different tiers, and align with overall business goals and objectives.• Plan, develop, and execute joint marketing campaigns, including co-branded content, webinars, ads, and other initiatives. Work with operations to ensure tracking and scalability are considered and built.• Develop partner content and collateral, including co-produced content, toolkits, sales assets, and training and enablement materials.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Demand Generation, Alliances, Sales, Operations, and others to ensure cohesive and effective partner marketing plans.• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.• Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partners.• Prepare and present regular reports to partners and stakeholders, showcasing results and actionable insights.• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and partner challenges.• Other duties as assigned.
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in partner or channel marketing.• Proven track record developing and executing successful partner and/or channel marketing campaigns.• Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Self-starter mentality with strong sense of ownership, ability to work autonomously to navigate and succeed.• Curious, life-long learner with the ability to quickly digest new information and ask clarifying questions.• Strong understanding of B2B and/or SaaS marketing.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:• Experience in healthcare marketing and/or B2B SaaS marketing.
