E-Commerce Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of Bioprotein Technologys marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, particularly in retail eCommerce and sales funnel optimization.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Management:
Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, search engines, print, and physical mail campaigns.
eCommerce Marketing:
Implement digital marketing strategies that drive traffic and increase conversions for our online retail platform. Optimize eCommerce campaigns with a focus on increasing revenue, AOV (average order value), and repeat customers.
Sales Funnel Optimization:
Work to create and optimize sales funnels for all digital marketing efforts, driving lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for our website, blog, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
SEO and SEM:
Support the execution of SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and eCommerce analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.
Social Media Management:
Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating relevant content, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
Email Marketing:
Coordinate the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Collaborative Projects:
Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
Research:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, eCommerce, and sales funnel strategies, continuously seeking out opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on retail eCommerce and sales funnel optimization.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and eCommerce best practices.
Experience with sales funnel creation and optimization (lead generation, nurturing, and conversion).
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
