This role balances strategic insight, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies to influence and operationalize initiatives across complex systems. The ideal candidate will lead with adaptability, proactivity, and an exceptional ability to communicate strategies to both technical and executive teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and drive experience strategy integrating user/product insights and creative approaches.Analyze complex systems for scalable, innovative experience opportunities.Lead operationalizing strategic initiatives with high execution standards.Communicate design and strategy visions effectively to stakeholders.Collaborate across functions, elevating design craft with UX teams and leveraging AI for competitive edge.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong product thinking and experience strategy background.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proactivity with a focus on solutions and advancements.
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in Experience Design with an emphasis on strategic and user-centered approaches.
Work Conditions:
Remote work aligning to PST hours.Possibility of contract extension or conversion to FTE.Mac laptop required.
