Process seasonal technical developments to execute design aesthetic, fit and production ready construction of samples.Independently conduct fit sessions - maintains clear direction and communication of fit comments with garment specs, diagram, and photos to agency /vendor for fit approval with assistance of Technical Design team as needed.With support of manager, is responsible for achieving brand standards through final fit, quality, and construction.Execute the implementation of consistent size and fit standards, grade rules/tolerances, construction, and quality standards.Deliver on-time execution of production ready technical specification packages; ensure all styles, fits, construction, and specs meet standards of feasibility, costing and appropriateness for brand.Manage all communication relating to fit process including fit tracker and updates to technical log and fit list.Engage in daily communication and follow-up with Agency/CFT team for all Technical related processes.Meet deadlines by partnering with cross functional teams and vendors/agencies to drive results.Assist with general daily task management based on need within the Technical Division.Participate in departmental and cross functional meetings, as appropriate.Sample tracking and shipping.Who You Are:
Fashion associated degree and/or 2-4 years of experience with a manufacturer or production departmentTechnical Design or patternmaking degree preferredKnowledge of measuring and flat sketching, knowledge of garment construction, pattern making a plus.Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detailStrong verbal & written Communication skills with the ability to take on initiativesBuild collaborative relationships across departments and divisions - must be a team playerFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment with deadlinesAbility to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in computer spec writing in PLM, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)Strong detail orientation, self-motivated team player with superior interpersonal skills
The target salary range for this role is: $34-$36/per hour.
