Your New Role...
This position supports the Wholesale & Hybrid Partner Marketing team in the execution and delivery of integrated co-marketing campaigns for key Max distribution partners to drive subscriber and revenue growth across partners (YouTube, Spectrum, Optimum, and others). The Specialist will support the team by assisting in the day-to-day creation of marketing assets across key distributors and will take a lead role in the ongoing tracking of marketing activity across the distribution partners. This role will also help develop and manage ongoing Partner Marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Assist in tactical oversight of partner campaigns and creative deliverables
Facilitate the execution of all promotions and paid media campaigns to drive acquisition, activation, and engagement
Facilitate the development of campaign decks to communicate marketing strategies, plans and integrated programs for partners and leadership
Support partner day-to-day communication to manage detailed campaign workbacks, to ensure key campaign milestones are met
Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong project management, communication and organization to meet key campaign milestones.
Communicate campaign updates and keep strategy documents & materials updated to share with internal cross-functional teams including creative, legal, growth marketing, and distribution
Tactical oversight of offer campaigns, informed by data and insights with best-in-class execution
Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns tailored for YouTube
Conceptualize YouTube on-platform strategy with cross-functional stakeholders and execute testing agenda to maximize growth
Build upon and help facilitate big ideas that breakthrough the competitive landscape. Take bold swings with ideas grounded in strategy and insights.
Oversee budget planning and oversee reconciliation with strategy and ops team. Optimize for future campaigns
Develop performance reports, establish benchmarks, and provide actionable plans and recommendations based on insights to drive ROI
Collaborate with creative and growth teams for creative development and optimization to improve results
Qualifications & Experience...
3-4 years of marketing experience
Hands on keyboard buying experience within Google Ads
Strong understanding of YouTube advertising formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
Expertise with presentation development
Skilled at prioritizing and making decisions on partner opportunities and requests
Ability to think both creatively and strategically
Proficient with various computer applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, Google Drive and quick learner with various internal systems.
Solid understanding of changing TV distribution and technology landscape and how it impacts team focus
Passion for entertainment and popular culture

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,000.00 - $78,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
