ResponsibilitiesConference and Event Marketing:
Work with marketing and business development to prepare budgets, set deadlines, create concepts, and identify conference and event objectives.
Implement budgets, schedules, and logistics for conferences and events program.
Select and negotiate with vendors, monitoring their activities to ensure quality control.
Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of conferences and events.
Prepare reports and present them to management post-event.
Marketing Support:
Maintain an inventory and directory of company store business development support givaways, coordinating new material creation as needed.
Assist in conducting research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data.
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role.
Proven experience in conference and event marketing.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
Valid Driver’s License
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Some travel required.
