Pay: $85,000/yearPosition SummaryThe Senior Sales and Marketing Director will lead the organization's growth by overseeing daily operations across sales, marketing, and business development for a new development entrance fee community. They will spearhead the execution of a strategic marketing plan to achieve pre-leasing and fill-up goals. Additionally, the Director will create an innovative, multi-channel marketing framework to elevate brand visibility and ensure a continuous flow of high-quality sales leads.Essential Functions, Key Duties, & ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development and Strategic PositioningMaintains an in-depth understanding of market trends and intelligenceMarkets services to potential clients and key referral sourcesDevelops and implements community relation activities and assesses potential growth opportunitiesAdministrative Duties/Departmental Management
Daily management, supervision, and direction of the Sales and Marketing DepartmentParticipates in the Manager on Duty weekend and holiday rotationSales Management
Lead Management: Responds, engages, and converts leadsManages the customer experience from the initial point of engagement to admission/move-inMarketing Management
Develops and implements a strategic annual sales and marketing planPartners with the Home Office Creative Services Team for the development and delivery of marketing pieces and materialsNew Development
Create excitement and urgency around securing entrance fee commitmentsDevelop and implement a depositor retention strategyPre-Leasing & Fill-Up Management
Lead efforts to meet or exceed pre-leasing occupancy goalsTrack and analyze occupancy rates, sales pipeline metrics, and conversion ratesPosition RequirementsEducation : Bachelor's degree required; preferably in a sales, marketing, or business related fieldExperience : 3-5+ years of experience in sales; preferably in the Senior Housing industrySkills & Abilities : Superior communication skills and ability to connect with various stakeholdersTravel : May be required to travel off-site to events occasionally
