ABOUT THE POSITION Requirements: 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing, social media, public affairs/public relations, advertising, consulting, media, publishing or a related field Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and history of client success Must have at least three strong professional references Responsibilities: Serve as a primary digital point of contact for key clients in the sector, addressing issues thoughtfully and effectively, anticipating client needs and staffing teams from across the agency to solve complex challenges for the mutual benefit of clients. Follow trends in digital media and advocacy to provide strategic counsel to the firm’s roster of healthcare clients. Maintain a deep understanding of social media platforms and the digital ecosystem. Demonstrate previous experience serving as a main point of contact for clients, a proven ability to manage teams and projects within budget, a passion for creative thinking and experience partnering with strategy, creative, influencer, paid media and analytics teams. Be able to develop and execute plans to meet measurable client goals, as well as ability to manage client relationships. Develop and drive specific growth targets leveraging social, digital and advisory offerings and expertise to meet clients’ new and ongoing needs, Partner effectively with client account leadership to advance the overall strategy through collaboration across disciplines (PR, social, digital, strategy, creative, analytics, etc.), Collaborate with multiple clients by anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering client counsel, overseeing quality, and ensuring delivery, Consistently produce high-quality internal and external communications content. Help set the strategy for clients in partnership with client leadership, including drafting strategy documents and proposals. Develop and lead digital strategy proposals in response to new business opportunities and RFPs. Manage junior staff to help guide, motivate and coach team members. Independently manage administrative elements of the firm’s digital properties, including firm website, renewals, updates, and billing. Maintain relationships with existing digital vendors and identify new contractors for client initiatives such as video and website development. Manage relationship with firm’s IT vendor.
