NVIDIA, Santa Clara, California, us, 95053
NVIDIA's vision is to pioneer the AI revolution. We strive to demonstrate that NVIDIA is the AI computing company and communicate how AI will transform lives and the business enterprise. Revenue Marketing is the data and insights arm of our marketing organization, consisting of teams such as Data Science, Strategy & Reporting, Database Management, Regional Support, and Revenue Marketing Operations. Our Revenue Marketing Operations team collaborates with various NVIDIA functions, including marketing, sales, product, sales operations, engineering, finance, and data scientists. We lead projects and programs that generate revenue and are crucial to our go-to-market strategy. As we integrate AI into our operations and expand into new markets, our scope and teams are growing.
What you’ll be doing:
Construct, lead, and implement business processes by collaborating with technical and business leads to achieve significant business outcomes for the NVIDIA Worldwide Field Organization (WWFO).
Analyze sales and marketing data to provide data-driven recommendations for lead and campaign management.
Lead all aspects of the People.ai platform for NVIDIA's worldwide sales teams. Coordinate user accounts and build automated processes for contact creation, assignment of contact roles in opportunities, sales activity data, and contact demographics. Collaborate closely with SFDC developer teams, sales operations, and sales to ensure smooth integration between People.ai and Salesforce. Work with the BI team to visualize data and attribute it to critical revenue metrics. Calculate engagement scores for contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
Facilitate the use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo for outbound sales campaigns and prospecting. This entails managing sales and business development users, ensuring adherence to data privacy compliance, updating CRM contact demographic data, and crafting effective sales campaigns. Collaborate with our SFDC developer team and other tool owners in revenue marketing to integrate LISN and ZoomInfo with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
Run the Revenue Marketing and Analytics organization’s SCRUM by coordinating Click-up and JIRA for our organization to handle tickets and larger team projects. Ensure we are hitting SLAs with our marketing and sales teams and prioritize work with team leads.
Develop projects by bringing to bear AI and the revenue marketing data science team to speed up outbound campaign processes.
Work on ad hoc tools and processes around sales enablement for customer, partner, and customer success teams to accelerate their workflows, generate revenue, or automate processes.
