We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible to help fill the financial professionals schedules with qualified appointments. This is achieved by implementing various pre-determined marketing strategies such as radio, TV, social media, appointment setting, event coordination, seminar management, management of client concierge program, calendar management, prospect follow-up and tracking the effectiveness of each marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing and tracking key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:
Manage and follow-up with radio, TV and social media leads
Marketing On Demand implementation and execution including weekly emails
Prepare, plan, schedule, participate and follow-up on client events and seminars
Assist with the implementation and follow-through on new marketing ideas
Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Translate complex data into simple graphs and text
Track, compile and present data for other departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in marketing a company to the public
Strong social media skills
Ability to learn new software quickly
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Highly organized
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate prospects to set appointments
Past experience managing large projects or events
Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
Attention to detail and accuracy
Results driven
Consistent follow-through
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrates persistence to achieve quality
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient phone skills
Ability to work well in teams
