Charlotte, NC- Hybrid- 2-3 days a week in officeAbout the Role:
As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of business partners, software engineers, and stakeholders to deliver human-centered, intuitive digital experiences. You'll dive deep into user needs, design cutting-edge graphic elements, and shape delightful user journeys. You'll play a vital role in translating complex business challenges into intuitive solutions that elevate the customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners and software engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements.Conceptualize and visualize user journeys using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.Design engaging and intuitive user interface elements and digital process flows.Develop low and high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes.Craft original graphic designs, including icons, images, and UI components.Prepare and present design drafts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback.Identify and troubleshoot UX challenges (e.g., responsiveness, usability).Adjust designs based on feedback, ensuring seamless user experiences.Maintain design consistency by adhering to established style standards for fonts, colors, and imagery.What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree
in UX Design, Graphic Design, IT, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design (or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree).Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and digital design patterns.Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams on complex projects.Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.Why You'll Love This Role:
