You will help with the design of HVAC systems for commercial and educational facilities including load calculations, air-unit and chiller equipment selections, ductwork, pump and pipe sizing and layout.
Your Impact:
Develop and modify Revit models of plumbing and HVAC systems and components according to established standardsReview Revit modeling techniques, based on input from the engineering teamAid in the execution of the design for Revit models and AutoCAD documents for multiple projectsAssist with equipment schedules, making changes and adjustments as necessary with input from the engineering team as requiredWork with engineers to check the design for interferences with other building elementsInterpret consultant design documents and design the necessary HVAC systemUtilize knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of plans, sections diagrams, equipment schedules, and drawings.Help coordinated floor plans, riser diagrams, and isometrics for complex HVAC systemsHere's What You'll Need:
Proficiency in Revit, including BIM and AutoCAD1-3 years of work experience with an engineering consultantHere's How You'll Stand Out:
Ability to self-assess and command a high level of accuracyStrong oral, written, and communication skillsExcellent time-management and organizational skills
