As Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of captivating our members with engaging social media, video content and event coverage, while helping to shape the voice that reflects both our legacy and forward-thinking vision, all contributing to what we proudly call League Life.
Responsibilities:Content Creation: Strategically plan photo and video shoots with creative concepts aligned with brand goals. Photograph, edit and deliver high-quality photos of seasonal menu changes for 10 restaurants.Video Production: Create and edit short-form videos optimized for social media.Event Photography: Photograph key moments at member events, delivering polished visuals for use in email campaigns and event promotions and edited photos distributed for members to download.Account Management: Manage and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok using a well-organized content calendar. Highlight League Life through thoughtful, engaging posts.Trend Analysis: Keep content fresh and relevant by staying on top of emerging trends in social media and digital marketing.Data Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and drive future growth.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to promote events and ensure the event calendar is up-to-date on the website.Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Photography, Videography, Graphic Design, Business, or Communications preferred.Photography and videography experience preferred, or a willingness to learn.Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.Proactive and innovative thinker with a willingness to explore new ideas.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel to various locations throughout the Philadelphia and New Jersey areasCompensation:
