This is remote role, however you must be located within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA to be considered.
ABOUT YOU
The Senior Manager, Nearshore is a unique role in which this individual will have the opportunity to both be an expert in paid search + social on accounts, as well as build out the paid media nearshore practice.
Half the role is being an expert in search & social, responsible for managing a client paid media budget while working with client partners and cross functional teams.
The other half is establishing a nearshore team - this equates to building out training, process, streamlining workflow, and understanding and adapting to the nuances of a nearshore team to ensure its success in performance & utilization.
You'll be responsible for:Maintaining an advanced understanding of primary paid media channels and how they fit within the funnel - to include Google Search, Microsoft Search, Facebook/ Instagram, YouTube, Google Display Network, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, UAC.Driving account strategy geared towards achieving or exceeding client efficiency and growth goals.Developing and executing the appropriate account management monitoring and optimization techniques to drive performance toward client targets and budgets.Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives that will have the greatest impact on account performance.Managing the performance of designated client portfolios to client performance goals and practicing good stewardship of client budgets.Ensuring all account management efforts go through a QA process and are executed/delivered error-free.Building out a nearshore practice - directly managing junior team members to help train them to become experts in paid search & socialDeveloping training materials and workflow to streamline the collaboration of nearshore employees & US teamsMaximizing utilization of the nearshore teamQUALIFICATIONS
Advanced understanding of paid search & paid social strategy and tacticsA minimum of 4 years' experience in paid media advertising and a minimum 2 year of management experience, mentoring and training junior level team membersComfort and proficiency in utilizing pivot tables and VLOOKUP function in Excel and/or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis for insightsProven prior work experience presenting findings and making recommendations for account optimizations to internal stakeholders or external clientsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWHAT DO WE OFFER?
