The Project Manager will plan, execute and monitor marketing and communications projects and manage the performance of ongoing programs. The position will partner with the members of the Philanthropy Marketing and Communications team and or vendor management to manage operations, workflows, timelines, coordination of project needs, changes and resource allocations of the strategic projects identified and prioritized by department leadership.
As a successful candidate, you will:
Directly lead the project management of the Philanthropy Marketing and Communications team.
Serve as a liaison between department staff and leadership, external partners, and operational leads to ensure objectives are achieved.
Create and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Manage daily tasks associated with implementation of projects.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and help to develop, design, and conduct projects according to plan, including planning new procedures, regularly evaluating outcome goals, and adapting workflows, resources and timelines existing to the needs of the project.
Establish routine reporting and templates.
Manage stakeholder communication and updates to gather input and drive stakeholder engagement.
At times, provide administrative support for project needs, as necessary.
