You can think strategically, act tactically and be able to interpret, decipher and summarize data sets and create reporting dashboards. You are able to draw insights and actionable next steps. You are a superb collaborator who is highly self-motivated and can work with minimal direction. You are detail orientated with ability to manage multiple projects at once, meeting short timelines and deliverables in a fast paced, environment.You will be charged with providing analytical support for the Go-To-Channel (GTC) team primarily, serving as analytics support to consumer channels for all go to channel initiatives and go to market launches. This position combines expertise in channel management with a deep understanding of data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and optimize channel activities. By leveraging data insights, they guide decision-making to enhance channel effectiveness, maximize ROI, and drive market penetration. You will be responsible for channel readiness measurement and KPIs to ensure preparedness for all program initiatives and launches. You will analyze channel KPIs and develop sales incentives measurement framework for clearly defined measurements of success. You will support the development of strategic planning for sales incentive programs and also support the review and analysis for Go-To-Channel programs after they are complete with learnings and key insights. Your work must be presented in a easily digestible presentation PowerPoint with key insights highlight. You will work with product and strategy teams to launch new pilots/trials before full scale launches. You will support ongoing agent roundtable sessions to gather feedback on all new offers and GTM initiatives.Responsibilities:* Responsible for providing success metrics prior to launch and a postmortem results review with key insights for both GTC and GTM Support* Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven strategies, utilizing feedback from postmortem reviews and performance assessments to refine future campaigns and launches.* Maintain high standards of data accuracy and timeliness in tracking and reporting key performance indicators, ensuring that leadership and stakeholders have clear visibility into campaign performance.* Regularly develop presentation to communicate key findings and insights to cross-functional teams and leadership, driving informed decision-making and agile responses to real-time market changes.* Provide recommendations including what worked well and areas of improvement for upcoming product launches, campaigns, incentive programs and other GTC programs.* Analyze channel KPI's to identify new programs and /or sales incentives needed to drive performance. Establish performance goals and track results to assess program effectiveness, as well as mid-campaign check-ins.* Support channel readiness assessments and launch plans. Support pre-launch overview presentations with management and leadership.* Support employee engagement tools to drive awareness internally of updates.* Support channel relations and serve as "liaison" between marketing and consumer sales/ service leaders for all GTC/GTM projects and initiatives from development through successful execution.* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product management, training, and other channels to build alignment and ensure channel represented for all GTM/ GTC initiatives.* Work closely with product, learning and curriculum team to ensure channels have the right training, collateral, and resources to be successful. Assist with scripting and product positioning.* Work with brand and legal teams to review collateral, training, scripting, etc.
Requirements* Minimum of 5-10 years marketing experience with proven success from strategy to execution* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization.* Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.* "Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic goals through effective planning, resource management, and stakeholder communication.* Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing competing priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.* Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel - experience in Jira a plus* Proven history of developing and leading successful marketing campaigns* Proven record of developing strategic briefs and GTM strategies.* Experience and exposure to subscription-based products (preferably in telecommunications)* Familiarity with agency communications* Team orientation and strong communication skills* Meticulous with experience in initiating and managing multiple projects.* Must be available to travel and work extended hours from time to timeWhat we offerNothing is more important to our success than the team that built it.
