Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager
in
Raleigh, NC
to join our growing Southeast Water group. The candidate will have technical, project management, and market access responsibilities to lead water / wastewater infrastructure design projects for municipal clients.
In collaboration with local and national leaders, candidate will manage and leverage client relationships to position Dewberry to perform large and complex water/wastewater projects. With collaborative support, successful candidate will lead business development activities, pursue new clients and potential project leads, and prepare qualifications and proposals.

Responsibilities
Experience with Alternative Delivery/Collaborative Delivery and Progressive Design Build in the water market required
Develop, perform and manage water/wastewater programs. Work includes water infrastructure evaluations, feasibility studies, design and construction management.
Provide client management and technical support for design/build programs for the construction of water infrastructure projects.
Develops and maintains high-value client relationships
Lead and participate in business development activities including collaborating with our team in the marketing of new projects, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.
Creates client action plans, to include client engagement and pre-positioning strategies
Serve as PM of key water and wastewater design projects.
Lead and facilitate engineering design staff.
Work with design team across multiple offices and multiple disciplines to generate detailed design documents for construction plans.
Meet client deadlines and project budgets.
Required Skills & Required Experience
B.S. Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering.
NC Professional Engineering license.
10 years+ experience with progressive responsibilities for public sector water and wastewater projects.
Successful track record of maintaining relationships with clients in the North Carolina market or similar market.
A successful track record of managing projects, including scope, schedule and budget.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
