Understanding of XML/XSLT architecture, Ability to reverse engineer Business/Presentation Logic from legacy code.
Should be able to lead the UI team and provide technical guidance for complex problems.
Proficiency in front end technologies such as HTML5/JavaScript/CSS and Bootstrap
