LOCATION: Remote US
This position reports to our global HQ in Cambridge, MA and is fully remote within the US. Travel is expected when needed.

Who we are looking for:
TriNetX is seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Events Manager. The Marketing Events Manager is a key member of our marketing team and will help tell the TriNetX story with critical stakeholders. Collaborating with a cross-functional team, the Marketing Events Manager is responsible for the overarching strategy, execution, and performance analysis of TriNetX sponsorships, conferences, proprietary events and webinars. You will be responsible for the strategy, research, planning, organization, budget/expenditure, on-site management, and post-event follow-up across events. Exhibiting an entrepreneurial flair, an eye for detail, business research acumen and project management skills, you will build and leverage critical relationships with Marketing, Business Development, Business Unit and Product Leaders and other functions to ensure success.
Skills/Qualifications:8+ years in marketing events and client experience planning and execution, including proprietary events, webinars and industry sponsorships. Experience in Life Science and Healthcare preferred.Superior organizational, project management, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Experience producing digital and in-person events and experiences at both large industry associations as well as proprietary eventsThe expertise to prioritize resources and run multiple projects simultaneously, and the flexibility to adapt to our fast-paced, agile teamDemonstrated management skills, including the ability to set clear goals, organize projects, establish and manage budgets, develop work processes and manage executionWhat you will do at TriNetX:
