This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention across a variety of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital and email marketing, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of digital and email marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
Work closely with finance, analytics, sales, and technology teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and improve customer recapture strategies.
Oversee email marketing operations, including segmentation, targeting, compliance, and list management. Ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and deliverables are met on time.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization. Present detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Implement a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve campaign performance and explore new strategies, technologies, and best practices.
Partner with sales teams to ensure effective lead management, focusing on improving lead quality and marketing-sourced revenue.
Develop and refine customer nurture journeys and digital touchpoints to enhance engagement and retention.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in email and digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing impactful campaigns.
2+ years of experience with a CRM platform such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience in marketing analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in creating and executing email marketing strategies that drive significant results.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
