The opportunity

Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we're excited to hire a Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our mission, vision, and strategy by deeply understanding both user and business needs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll design intuitive, scalable systems that simplify complex workflows, such as trading, into intuitive experiences for financial advisors. You'll be a driving force in creating an industry-leading trading experience for RIAs, while also ensuring that the platform evolves with the needs of both users and the business.

Experience

- 5+ years of experience working as a Product Designer; at a B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS organization

Strong UX, visual design, and product thinking skillsComfort with an iterative design process using quantitative and qualitative data to inform design and product improvementsA love for testing prototypes to create seamless, intuitive user experiences

Education

- Ideally looking for a B.A. / B.S. degree in relevant fields such as Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a design related field.Technical aptitude

- You're technologically savvy and can easily get up to speed on modern tech stacks and prototyping tools (i.e., Figma, Google Suite, Slack, etc.)Ownership

$147,000-$203,000 USD

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs). A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, internal pay equity, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations.
