Our large technology client is seeking a senior-level
Product Management Producer
to join their Product and Design studio. In this
Consultant
role, you will partner closely with the Design, Business, and Engineering teams to organize, strategize, and guide projects that improve the customer experience with the client's digital services.
You will bring outstanding program management skills and strong creative intuition to partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams on the strategic planning of features and launch of programs that span across services.
What You Will Do:As part of the Product Operations team, you'll work across a portfolio of Cross-Services programs, capabilities, and new features across the client's digital services, focused on entertainment products.You'll partner with Product Management, Human Interface and Content Design, Engineering, and Business teams to manage a portfolio of programs to deliver new capabilities and a roadmap of features in the products.You'll drive process, workflow, and standards for the Product Management teams, including operationalization of go-to-market activities in the lead-up to launch.You'll also play a central role in preparing product demos, executive reviews, keynote events, and press briefings.A central focus of this role is working across product teams to make customer experiences more consistent, seamless, and magical.You can run a tight ship, and you're at your best when juggling numerous competing priorities and switching contexts - all while advocating for an exceptional user experience, ensuring that the end product is delivered on time, and meeting stakeholder expectations.When an opportunity arises to take action and move a project forward, you take the initiative to ensure the job gets done.Core Responsibilities:
End-to-end program managementOrganizing weekly team meetings and distributing updatesCoordinating and maintaining product documentation and roadmapManaging large cross-functional project meetings and reviews, including across timezonesTracking and communicating project milestones and scope changesCoordinating Product deliverables for keynotes, press briefings, and launch eventsContinuously optimizing workflow and communication in a fast-paced, demanding environmentPlanning and leading generative and creative workshopping sessionsWhat You Will Bring:
10+ years as a Producer or Program Manager in tech focused on media or digital entertainment products,
with at least 3 years in a senior roleBackground in user experience, product management, or creative operations - operations for Product teams is a plusAptitude for grasping complex concepts and shifting between conversations at varying altitudesAbility to foster synergies among our teams and develop cross-product connectionsAbility to operate on differing time horizons and understand the evolution of the program to meet specific needsDeep familiarity with entertainment products and digital services, including an ability to learn new technology quicklyUnderstanding of the relationship between hardware, software, and services to create amazing customer experiencesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster deep relationships across the company that can enable complex discussions and handle difficult situations with diplomacyAn objective approach to problem-solving in order to drive alignment in a debate-driven cultureOutstanding oral and written communicationTop-notch organization and prioritization skillsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $70.04 to $77.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
