Lennar is seeking a detail-oriented project manager to help manage our growing 3D Creative Services pipeline. As a project manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from initial intake through final delivery, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all project requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met. Organize and manage multiple projects across different pipelines, ensuring timely delivery of assets and project milestones.Coordinate and monitor project hand-off to external vendor partners, ensuring they have the necessary information and support.Communicate with internal teams and vendors, manage risks and issues, and monitor progress to ensure the project stays on track.Professionally communicate with stakeholders regarding project statuses, potential delays, or any other areas of concern.Track project progress to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.Consistently update and communicate across all project management systems, such as Airtable, Vendor communiation portables, and spreadsheets.Manage resource allocation both internally and with external vendor partners to maintain efficiency.Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal process partners and external vendors.Identify process and technology bottlenecks, and work with teams to resolve them systematically.Evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement for future initiatives.Support quality control efforts to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and adhere to Lennar's standards.Assist in developing new products and initiatives, providing operational support where needed.Requirements
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in project management or relevant experience, preferably in a related field such as residential constructionStrong familiarity with architectural plans and specifications, with the ability to read and interpret documents such as CAD drawings, landscaping plans, site maps and specifications.Proficiency in 3D rendering and modeling software, such as 3ds Max or VRay, is preferred. Candidate must have experience around these tools to create high-quality, photorealistic renderings and models. This includes a solid understanding of the rendering process, the ability to optimize files for efficiency, and familiarity with material properties, lighting, and texturing techniques to ensure project deliverables meet both aesthetic and technical standards.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the Project Manager to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
This is a position which requires the Project Manager frequent walking, standing and climbing of stairs in/around homes, models and properties. Must also have the ability to operate computer
equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
