We're looking to bring on a designer to lead product design in one of our core teams. We have a wide product surface area, covering request management, no-code workflow builders, dashboards, sourcing, payments, and more. You'll work with a tight-knit team that values open communication and cross-functional collaboration. We move quickly to solve a wide range of complex product challenges with 100% emphasis on end-user experience.You will
Contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmapDesign highly intuitive products and features for complex workflowsOwn the overall user experience for a specific product area.Collaborate closely with our product and customer-facing teams to learn about our users and design thoughtful solutionsIterate quickly on designs based on user feedbackPartner closely with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offeringsParticipate in regular design reviews to gather feedback from the rest of the design teamQualifications3-5 years of experience, preferably at a SaaS or consumer technology companyExperience shipping at least one full product or a significant feature as the lead designerExperience iterating with engineers and other team members on both visual and UX designs to get the experience and details just rightGreat presentation, collaboration and communication skillsEmpathetic champion for your work's audience and customersFluency in Figma and prototyping toolsUnderstanding of the technical limitations and workflow for building web interfaces (CSS/HTML/JS) and native mobile apps (Swift, Kotlin/Java)The salary range for this role is $150k - $200k.
