We are looking for a
pro-active, strategic, future-thinking designer
who can envision beyond where we are now to "what's next" for Adobe's content marketplace. You will have a hand in how Adobe is planning to shape the future of work and creativity - and closely collaborate with partners across various product teams to discover and
define the most compelling experiences
for potential development over the next 1-5 years.

What you'll doCraft high quality, expert level vision concepts
about the future of Adobe's content marketplace- then confidently and persuasively convince Adobe senior level leadership to make necessary strategy pivots to achieve this visionQuickly visualize and prototype ideas
to communicate concepts (via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations) while using and extending a design systemFacilitate design sprints
with product and engineering partners and designers from across Creative CloudDevelop and drive
long-term vision or strategies, including the ability to identify and consider unchartered business opportunities.Pro-actively Collaborate.
Dig in with prototypers, engineers, and researchers to understand the capabilities of new and developing technologies and emergent user needs.What you need to succeed
Related degree or 8+ years of equivalent experienceExperience with Adobe tools like Illustrator, and Photoshop and other design tools such as Keynote, Sketch, or Figma.Experience mentoring, encouraging an inclusive and empowering environment for other designers to do innovative and impactful work.Expert level communication, project management and presentation skillsConfidence in communicating work at all levels of the organization, up to the CEOEmbrace ambiguity, be pro-active and creative to move large cross-team projects forward. Act on behalf of other disciplines: gather and prioritize product requirements, clearly articulate business strategy, and advocate for changes in roadmap.Nice-to-haves:
Prior experience working within a creative agency or enterprise creative team using lean startup style methodologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,600 -- $297,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
