Salary:
Competitive salary based on education and/or experience and
$500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Qualifications:Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or similarProven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreachExcellent public speaking and communication skills.Ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to travel frequently within the community.Passion for healthcare, community service, and saving lives.Proficient with Powerpoint.Primary Responsibilities:Community Education:
Educate the community on the importance and process of platelet donation and patient needs.Conduct informational sessions and presentations at various community events, organizations, and institutions.Answer questions and provide clear, concise information to potential donors.Advocacy and Patient Stories:
Engage with patients who have received platelet donations to share their stories.Collaborate with these patients to create advocacy programs within the community.Use patient testimonials to highlight the life-saving impact of platelet donations.Sales and Recruitment:
Develop and implement strategies to recruit platelet donors.Maintain and exceed recruitment goals through effective communication and relationship building.Utilize sales techniques to encourage and motivate potential donors.Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with stake holders to form the most effective marketing. Work with marketing team on developing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.Develop engaging presentations to promote platelet donation.Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness and attract donors.Collaboration:
Work closely with the existing recruitment team to streamline and enhance donor recruitment efforts.Partner with blood donor groups and other relevant organizations to maximize outreach and impact.Travel:
Travel to various locations within the community to conduct recruitment and educational activities.Attend local events, health fairs, and other gatherings to promote platelet donation.Goal Achievement:
Set and achieve monthly and yearly recruitment targets.Monitor and report on recruitment progress and success.
