Job Description We are partnering with a client that is looking for a Tax Manager. They offer a hybrid work schedule. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead in preparing schedules for quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, including income tax payable and deferred tax account roll-forwards. Prepare quarterly taxable income calculations for federal and state income tax estimated payments and extensions. Coordinate the worldwide income tax compliance procedure, overseeing and aiding in collecting data and creating supporting schedules. Then examine the completed income tax provision and tax returns to guarantee accuracy. Gather data for preparation of income tax returns including coordination with outside tax professionals. Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting 7 Years Tax Experience
