Unleash Your Potential: Whether 2 Years or 20, Discover Rewarding Journeys with Us Position Description: The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the digital marketing strategy aligned to the marketing plans for NTT DATA Business Solutions Inc. (NDBS). This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Brand and Digital Marketing and requires extensive collaboration with other marketing team members and subject-matter experts, key stakeholders, vendors, and partners to build brand awareness and drive leads using digital tactics. Duties and Responsibilities: Plan, develop, implement, and manage organic social media, paid social media, paid advertising, and employee ambassador program. Oversee the technical set-up and reporting for paid advertising and paid social content. Support the employee advocacy program by helping employees post content as social ambassadors for NDBS. Provide graphic design and video support. Collaborate effectively with campaign managers to oversee design and paid advertising to support marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing colleagues to create effective brand awareness digital campaigns. Evaluate digital programs and tactics for effectiveness. Optimize digital marketing spend and performance. Stay current with digital marketing trends and technology. Provide ad hoc marketing assistance as needed. Position Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2 years professional marketing experience in digital marketing with B2B software/SaaS organization. Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Highly organized, decisive, and a quick independent problem solver. Independent decision maker that can translate marketing objectives and overall brand strategy through digital marketing efforts. A self-starter who is energized by people and fast-paced environments. Ability to motivate cross-functional teams. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion to be on a results-orientated team. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate's skill set, certifications, and experience.
