We're looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights that inform our marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, improve customer engagement, and drive overall growth. $75k - $95k / year ; Salaried, Exempt Responsibilities: Analyzes business data and provides actionable insights to support Tire Rack's marketing goals Collaborates cross-functionally within the organization to fulfill marketing project requirements Influences the development of marketing intelligence solutions to drive efficiency and profitability across the organization Partners with IT/Web Development teams to troubleshoot coding bugs across data platforms Analyzes operational processes within the marketing department and suggests optimized practices, where appropriate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field (Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics) 3 years of experience analyzing and reporting on customer data sets using BI tools such as Tableau Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently under general supervision Familiarity and/or interest in the automotive industry
