Job Summary: The UI/UX Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing user-centered interfaces that enhance the overall user experience across digital platforms. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate user needs and business objectives into engaging and intuitive designs. Your expertise in front-end development and UX principles will drive the creation of seamless, responsive, and visually appealing interfaces. Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Essential Duties User Interface Design: Design and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. Support the enterprise design, collaborate with the design team, and implement visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces Translate Figma designs into components and design within React Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs Front-End Development: Develop and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular). Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. User Experience Research: Collaborate with UI/UX Designer when conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points. Analyze user behavior and metrics to inform design decisions and improve overall user satisfaction. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives. Embrace the principles of Agile and LeSS methodologies to deliver incremental value to our clients. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and transparent collaboration within the team. Design System & Style Guide Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across all products. Update and refine components based on evolving design trends and user feedback. Cross-Platform Design: Ensure that designs are responsive and work seamlessly across different browsers and operating systems to render data properly based on screen size(s) detected. Adapt designs for accessibility, ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, have a positive experience. Education & Experience The ideal candidate would possess an advanced level of experience and/or education, typically around 10 or more years, with Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Skills Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front-End Developer, or a similar role Proficiency in front-end development languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices Excellent problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to innovate and come up with new ideas for product features Compensation: $95,000-$130,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate's qualifications, the Company's operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
