The Amazon Business (AB) US team is seeking a smart, creative, and self-directed Product Marketing Manager to deliver engaging and scalable deals and savings experiences for our US small business customers. In this role, you will champion the deal sourcing work-stream and savings programs, to ensure our customers find the best value throughout evergreen deals and major sales events. You will also support identification and merchandising of such deals, in cross collaboration with our tech and non-tech partner teams. This role will need to communicate regularly with senior leadership and be responsible for driving top-level business goals. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Category, and Tech across geographic regions to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in product marketing, business development, and online merchandising. This role requires skills in strategic thinking, relationship building, and problem solving, as well as a willingness to be hands-on with execution. The ideal candidate has a track record of success in delivering results at scale, with strong communication skills, and working cross-functionally across multiple teams. The right candidate also has a high degree of ownership, who likes experimenting and setting high standards, with a roll up your sleeves attitude, being comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment. Key job responsibilities - Own evergreen deal sourcing and savings products/programs for Amazon Business US store - Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Category, and Tech teams, to deliver solutions to source better deals to improve savings perception of our business customers - Contribute to the deals merchandising strategy and execution - Apply key insights into business actions and push for new ways to achieve objectives at scale - Work at both the strategic and tactical level to champion bold, creative ideas for your work-stream - Seek ways to utilize automation to improve processes and productivity - Define business metrics, measurement plan, while establishing mechanisms for continuous performance tracking and improvement - Manage multiple projects and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment About the team Our team blends different backgrounds, tenure, and cultures. Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals - Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans - Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Preferred Qualifications - Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Master's degree Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
