100 to 150k DOEJob Summary:We are seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and drive all marketing initiatives. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to strengthen our brand, drive customer engagement, and support our sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand building, managing external agency partnerships, and overseeing marketing efforts across digital, social media, and print channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that enhances brand awareness and differentiates the company in the market.Create and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, social media, print, and other traditional channels, to drive lead generation and business growth.Manage existing relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with brand and business goals, while optimizing performance and budgets.Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts support business development goals, project delivery, and customer satisfaction.Lead digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, online advertising, social media management, and website content optimization.Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blog posts, videos, and other promotional content to engage target audiences.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform marketing strategies.
