Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise Go-To-Market

What you can expect

We are hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead Zoom’s enterprise go-to-market strategy. This includes creating and own centralized messaging, drive sales and partner enablement, and influence pipeline health across the enterprise segment. This is a U.S. remote, individual contributor role with no direct reports. Travel is limited but may be required for events, partner, or customer meetings.

About the Team

This person is also responsible for the alignment between sales, sales operations, enterprise marketing, product marketing, industry marketing, demand gen, and product teams. Responsibilities

Owning our cross-platform positioning statement, messaging, long-form narrative, and corporate first call deck (“Why Zoom”).

Creating compelling narratives for key launch moments at Zoom events like Zoomtopia (our annual customer conference), including Perspectives (our annual analyst events), and third-party events (like Enterprise Connect).

Developing, maintaining, and iterating on Zoom’s base executive briefing content.

Creating and executing engaging sales enablement programs to train our distribution team on Zoom products and solutions. Enablement programs will encompass product knowledge as well as deal management from first call to signed contract.

Building buyer/audience-based solution content and discovery guides to convey benefits of Zoom, focused on awareness, deal open, and deal maturation programs.

Co-owning global pipeline strategy to ensure that we are a true partner in the company's success. Such as KPIs, interlock across integrated marketing and field marketing, inform buyer journey and campaign strategy.

Creating and owning a quarterly release marketing strategy and program, including guided tours and demo assets.

What we’re looking for

Experience (5-10+) in marketing and sales roles, including product marketing, go-to-market, and segment marketing.

Have a proven track record of success marketing SaaS or PaaS to Enterprise segment.

Have working knowledge of video / phone / chat communication (incl. but not limited to hardware partners, developers, security, etc.) and industries’ best practices in the competitive space.

Have a true passion for marketing to Enterprise businesses.

Have previous success in a UCaaS, AI, or CRM product marketing or go to market role is a bonus.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$121,600.00

Maximum:

$266,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
