As a Senior Paid Media Specialist you will:Develop, plan, and manage all digital marketing for the North American business, including social media, display, SEM, video, SEO, and affiliate channels.Manage trafficking processes and creative development, facilitating a feedback loop and analyzing performance to incorporate learnings into asset development.Execute and establish digital campaigns to drive acquisition, traffic, and revenue growth in alignment with overarching marketing objectives.Work closely with affiliate media and digital agencies to identify and evaluate opportunities and effective ad products and offerings.Track key metrics, monitor media performance, and analyze data used to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Collaborate in a cross functional manner with internal teams such as Analytics, PR, Global Marketing, Product, E-Commerce, Creative, and Finance.You will be a good fit for the Senior Paid Media Specialist role if you have:3 plus years of related experience with affiliate and digital marketingA proven track record of success driving incremental revenue growth and managing programsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or other related fieldDeep understanding of marketing strategies, principles, and best practices with proficiency in analytics tools and reporting platforms.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and demonstrated leadership experience.Brand and Agency experience strongly preferred.About Market Street TalentWe are a specialized staffing and consulting firm focused on staffing solutions for Information Technology positions.
