If you're ready for a challenge that will elevate your career, this is the right place, right time, right people.Position SummaryIn collaboration with the business development team, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the daily coordination of all aspects of proposal development, presentation content and development, and RFP submittal requirements. This position ensures the integrity of proposal documentation, coordinates internal informational flow, reviews all proposal inputs for proper branding, grammar, and formatting, and is responsible for the coordination and facilitation of meeting proposal and project deadlines.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProposal development: coordinate, write/edit content, and produce qualifications and proposals that highlight our approach and strategy.Communication and coordination with business unit leaders and project team.Maintain company SharePoint file data base.Strong writing ability with experience writing proposals, narratives or short articles.Demonstrates mastery of the English language, grammar, proof reading abilities.Ability to create sales presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint using charts, tables, and incorporate data sets with charts and graphics.Proficient software knowledge (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Excel).Manage qualification, proposal, and presentation activities.Collaborate with company executives, project leaders, department managers and other team members to meet key deadlines for bid proposals and corporate initiatives.Responsible for print and bind production, sales sheets, brochures, and other collateral items.Plans and schedules marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished, and deadlines are met.Develop, write, edit, and format high impact proposals and statement of qualifications including interviewing subject matter experts, and developing cover letters, company overviews, project descriptions, resumes, graphics, etc.Create messaging and collateral for both internal and external audiences in accordance with brand standards.Other Duties and Responsibilities

Education and Experience
Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school in marketing or five or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 5 years in the planning, preparation an production of construction proposals and qualifications packages for government and private clients.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Experience using design tools Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, printed collateral, social media campaign creation and execution.Strong organizational skills both written and verbal communication.Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Dependable.Planning and organization; an ability to plan and manage multiple projects.Meticulous with a strong attention to detail and strong eye for design.Problem analysis and problem resolution.This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
